What is Lean Six Sigma?
Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement. It seeks to improve the quality of the output of a process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, mainly empirical, statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization, who are experts in these methods.
Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has specific value targets, for example: reduce process cycle time, reduce pollution, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase profits.
Course Features
Courses can be completed in 30-60 days, but you will have access to course material for 12 months.
Exam fee is included in the cost of your course. Official exam can be sat at home or in the office.
Courses are provided by Hudson Courses, an IASSC fully Accredited Training Organisation.
Upon successful completion of the final exam, you'll receive a certification from the IASSC confirming you are fully Six Sigma certified.
Six Sigma Certification Levels
You can begin your training at any belt level. It is not necessary to work your way through each belt.
Yellow Belt
Yellow Belt is a good fit if you're part of a Six Sigma Team working to improve a business.
Green Belt
Green Belt is for those who are part of a Six Sigma Management Team working to improve a business, assisting with data collection and analysis.
Black Belt
